Day 1: Arrival in Kigali then Transfer to Virunga National Park

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Virunga National Park

Wake up early have breakfast then embark on a transfer to the Park headquarters in Rumangabo for briefing on the Dos and Don’ts around the Mountain Gorillas in their natural forest habitat. After briefing, you are distributed in groups of 6-8 per Gorilla group then penetrate the forest to track the Gorillas for 3-5 hours and when you meet them, only an hour is allowed to stay in their presence taking numerous photos to keep for memories. After tracking, break off for lunch then proceed to the Senkwekwe Mountain Gorilla Orphanage center.. Mikeeno Lodge.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Habituation Experience

Wake up early have breakfast then transfer to the forest at 6:00 am for briefing on the code of conduct in the presence of the Chimpanzees since you spend a whole Day with them. Watch them through out their daily activities in the forest with ranger guides then later in the evening, proceed back to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Mikeeno Lodge.

Day 4: Departure to Kigali

Wake up have early breakfast then with your luggage and embark on a transfer to Kigali International Airport for your flight back home.
